We received detailed (and humorous!) updates along with sweet photos regarding our pup every day that we were apart. Extremely professional and genuinely kind people! We've partnered with Paws on in-home car for our dog for about a year and for several long trips.  Jamie and Laura go above and beyond in trying to accommodate any needs and really care for our big guy.  They are in constant communication while we travel and have masterfully handled our dog's health and wellbeing while we are away. We have been Using Paws Sitting service since it was owned by Keri.  As long term clients, we were assured Jamie and Laura would be just as wonderful, and they are.  If your lives are anything like ours, the unexpected happens and when it does and you reach out to schedule a visit, you need someone that responds !  Jamie and Laura continue to make themselves available to care for our 4 fur babies on short notice and months in advance.   We are given an update via email with each visit AND pictures!  I will say that Jamie and Laura go out of their way to make sure our kitties have what they need.  One time we were out of town and our kitties ran out of treats - they went to the grocery store to pick up what our kitties like !  So appreciated. The previous owner was always good but Laura & Jamie are outstanding! They communicate every time they visit the pups, and send photos of them as well….something that really makes me happy when I’m away. I know them and their staff treat my dogs just like I do….they spend time with them, love on them and make sure they eat their food and have fresh water.
