The PAWS Story
Paws Sitting Service was founded by Keri Keogh in October 2006 with a simple mission: to provide dependable, compassionate in-home pet care for the pets and families of Santa Rosa Beach. Over the years, the business has grown into one of the area’s most trusted professional pet care providers.
In July 2025, the business was proudly purchased by Jessica Veldman-Domingo, a former United States Air Force Medical Service Corps officer with a passion for animals and a commitment to exceptional service. After more than five years of military service, Jessica brought her experience in leadership, organization, and customer care to Paws Sitting Service, building on its strong reputation while investing in even higher standards of professionalism.
Today, our team is committed to providing reliable, personalized care that allows pets to remain happy and comfortable in the place they love most- their own home. Every visit is guided by the values that have shaped our company:

Jessica Veldman-Domingo
Owner & Certified Pet Sitting Professional
Jessica Veldman-Domingo is the owner of Paws Sitting Services and a proud Panama City Beach native with deep roots in the community. She is honored to carry on the tradition of providing loving, reliable care for pets and peace of mind for their families.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of Memphis. Most recently, she served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Air Force, an experience that instilled in her the values of service, responsibility, and trust — qualities she brings to every aspect of pet care.
At home, Jessica and her husband stay busy raising their two young children alongside their three dogs and three cats. Her lifelong love of animals drives her passion for ensuring that every pet she cares for is treated like family.
Jessica is a Certified Pet Sitting Professional and is supported by a wonderful team of dedicated pet sitters — Charlie, Mandy, Angela, and Lindsay — who share the same commitment to treating pets with love and respect. Together, they take great pride in providing dependable, compassionate care to the families they serve.
